How to Change Miele Filters
The Miele SF-AA50 Active AirClean Filter is an easy-to-install cassette that adsorbs ordor from the bag using charcoal, which is extremely useful for pet owners who don’t wish to change the bag after every cleaning. The SF-AA50 is designed to fit Miele S4000, S5000 and S6000 series canister vacuums.
The SF-AA50 includes a new indicator strip that lets you know when it’s time to change your filter. Simply check the tab on the side of the filter throughout the year and watch it change from green to red as it comes time to replace it.
This filter is also designed to fit the new Miele S8 Vacuums including the S8590 Alize and S8890 UniQ.
Replaces the old AAC50 filter design
